PHILADELPHIA, May 31.- Samuel A. Boyle '94, L. S., has been elected captain of the Pennsylvania 'varsity crew. His election will have to be ratified by the athletic committee and the rowing committee; but as the election was unanimous and as Boyle made honors in three of his five branches in the Law School this year, the sanction of his election is assured.
