The regular meeting of the Christian Association in Holden Chapel last evening was devoted to discussing the Northfield Conference. C. E. Noyes, Gr., spoke on the good derived from the Northfield meetings and the life there; L. K. Morse '90 spoke on international Christian Association work; and L. H. Root '92 on the missionary spirit.
The following nominations have been made for the election of officers, to be held next Thursday evening: For president, E. W. Capen '97 and D. Fales, Jr., '97; first vice-president, D. Fales, Jr.; second vice-president, J. E. Gregg '97, R. M. Alden Gr.; third vice-president, G. D. Marvin '99, H. K. Stanley '97; recording secretary, G. Gleason '97, W. H. Porter '98; treasurer, E. B. Barton '98; corresponding secretary, H. K. Stanley '97, W. W. Comfort Gr.; librarian, E. W. Cutting '98; treasurer of secretaries' fund, W. H. Porter, '98.
