Harvard National Convention.

All delegation chairmen must positively have a full and complete list of their men handed in before Monday noon. There must be no mistake in regard to this, because the committee must take time to consider every case. If the delegations are not yet filled, the chairmen should send in whatever names they have. This is imperative.
