At the last meeting of the Faculty, it was voted that every person holding a degree from the University should be allowed to wear the special gown of his degree "at his own discretion." The point to be noticed in this action is that while holders of degrees may wear their gowns on any occasion, there is no rule requiring them to do so at any time.
