The Dartmouth-Williams debate will take place this evening at Williamstown. The two alumni judges will be Judge James R. Dunbar, Williams '71, of the Massachusetts Supreme Court, and Melville O. Adams, Dartmouth '71, of the General Alumni Association of Dartmouth. The question is:

"Resolved, That the general welfare demands the overthrow of the Ottoman empire by the European powers."

Williams has the affirmative.
