A meeting of the overseers was held yesterday morning. It was voted to concur with the president and fellows in their votes, electing Henry Lee Higginson, A. M., a fellow of the corporation, in place of Frederick Lothrop Ames, deceased, and appointing Harry Snow Parsons, D. M. D., instructor in mechanical dentistry, for one year from September 1, last, and John William Henry Walden, Ph. D., instructor in Latin from December 1, last, to Aug. 31, 1894.
