SHOOTING CLUB.

Match with Princeton for the Intercollegiate Trophy.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Last evening the Shooting Team left by the Fall River boat for Princeton, where they will shoot this afternoon against Princeton for the Intercollegiate Shooting Trophy given by "Shooting and Fishing." Unfortunately Yale is not able to compete this year. Princeton has already won the cup twice and needs to win it but once more to keep it for good. The Harvard team is composed of C. A. Hardy '97, captain; S. T. Harris '97, F. G. Shaw '97, P. Dove '98, G. H. Kinnicutt '98. Hardy, Harris and Dove have shot in former intercollegiate matches and have had a good deal of experience. Shaw and Kinnicutt have showed up well in practice, but have never shot in any large matches. In the triangular match last fall Princeton scored 120; Harvard, 116; and Yale, 98. The present team is fully as strong as last fall's, and the match this afternoon will undoubtedly be close.
