The Pudding Play.

The first Cambridge performance of "Branglebrink," given at the Hasty Pudding Club House last evening was entirely successful. The theatre was well filled with a typical Cambridge audience, and as a result of every one's perfect familiarity with his part, the production was without a hitch.

The action of the play has been quickened and improved since last Saturday by the omission of several songs which, although excellent in themselves, caused the performance as a whole to drag somewhat. The principal omissions are Princess Mirabelle's song in the second act, the King's song in the last act when he casts off his disguise, and several verses of the final sextette. Otherwise the production was the same as last Saturday.

The management wishes to correct the impression of a few that only upper classmen and their friends may see the play. The public as well as all members of the University may attend the performances.
