The regular debate of the Harvard Forum was held last evening in Harvard 1 on the subject, "Resolved, That the breaking off of intercollegiate contests between Harvard and Yale has been beneficial to Harvard Athletics." E. M. Gregory '97 and W. L. Leighton '99 spoke on the affirmative and F. K. Kernan '97 and F. B. Granger '99 on the negative. After the regular debate, several men spoke from the house.
At a business meeting held after the debate, the club unanimously adopted a new constitution which was drawn up by a committee appointed for the purpose. Next week the club proposes to hold a public debate in which the speakers will all be former intercollegiate debaters.
