The Faculty voted yesterday afternoon that the conduct of all examinations, beginning with the next academic year, should be in charge of a permenent board. This board shall consist of certain examination proctors chosen as far as possible from among the officers and graduate students and of such other persons as may be designated by the president. The board is to make an annual report to the Faculty.
