The Harvard Lampoon held its 21st annual dinner last night at the Tuileries. Thirty-seven persons were present, including the Board, eight graduate editors, and a number of invited guests. The latter were R. P. Utter and J. P. Hayden of the Advocate, H. A. Phillips of the Monthly, W. K. Otis of the CRIMSON, and G. P. Day of the Yale Record.
J. T. Wheelwright '76, one of the founders of the Lampoon, was toast-master. The speakers and the toasts to which they answered were as follows:
