The regular debate of the Harvard Forum will be held this evening at half past seven in Harvard 1. The question will be: "Resolved, That it is desirable that the President should not be eligible for more than two terms." H. W. Foote and E. F. Southworth will speak in the affirmative and H. G. Gray and P. W. Capen on the negative. The debate will be open to the public.
At he close of the debate there will be an important meeting of the Executive Committee, at which all members must be present.
