Groton, 14; Freshman, 0.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

On Saturday Groton School defeated the Freshman eleven by the score of 14 to 0. Both teams played well but Groton gained a great deal of ground on trick plays, using the double pass and criss-cross to good effect. In punting also Groton was superior, and this together with the fumbling of the Freshmen was in a great measure the cause of their defeat.

Groton's score was made by two touchdowns, both goals being kicked, and a safety by the Freshmen.
