Notwithstanding the new requirement of an academic degree for admission to the Law School, the entering class this year will be nearly if not quite as large as that of last year. The total registration of new students is 190.
There are now 160 second year men back and the number will probably increase daily. Sixty third year men have registered so far. This year sixteen men not holding a degree took the admission examinations and out of that number five were admitted.
Mr. Harvey L. Baker, Harvard Law School '93, will take the course on partnership this year instead of Professor Ames, who will take charge of the courses on bills and notes, and contracts formerly conducted by Professor Williston.
