Arrangements have been completed for the "Harvard Headquarters" at Horticltural Hall, Election night. Members of the Sound Money Campaign Club will be admitted to the hall on presentation of tickets which may be otained at the headquarters, 17 Grays. The returns will be the most complete to be received anywhere in Boston. Both the Western Union Telegraph and the Postal Telegraph Companies will run special wires into the hall. The combined services of these two organizations place the hall in direct communication with every city in the Union. Besides these services a series of special bulletins will be posted, giving prophecies and interesting matter not confined to the mere figures.
The Glee Club will sing college songs between bulletins, and the Harvard Bohemian Orchestra will play. Smoking will be permitted, and in every respect it will be made a popular affair. Graduates of the University may obtain tickets at the door.
