ITHACA, N. Y., Oct. 2.- Cornell meets Syracuse University tomorrow on gridiron. The Ithacan's expect to give Syracuse a good drubbing as the 'varsity practice this week has been mostly spent in lively offensive work, the hardest thus far this season.

Syracuse has been in training for about a month and will try to hold Cornell down to last year's score, when the red and white won by 6 to 0.
