The Freshman team defeated Brookline High School yesterday in a practice game on Soldiers Field. The teams were very evenly matched and neither side was able to score in the first half. In the second half 1900 had an entirely new team and managed to make a touchdown, from which they kicked a goal. Brookline High then braced up, and for the rest of the game played hard, breaking through the line for a gain of twenty yards a few minutes before time was called.
