At a meeting held last night in Sever 5, about seventy-five men met and organized a non-partisan club to further the interests of free silver. After several speeches were made in favor of free silver and bimetallism, resolutions favoring the election of William J. Bryan to the presidency were passed and the following officers of the club were elected:
President, Kimbrough Stone L. S.; secretary, Ered. S. Deitrick; treasurer, J. J. Teevens '98; vice-presidents, J. Potts '97, H. C. Burnstine '98, C. G. Dolman '99, G. S. Mac Farland '00, M. Fitzgerald L. S., A. Belcher Gr., F. X. Crawford M. S.; executive committee, G. L. Paine, L. S., M. Fitzgerald L. S., W. B. Pistole.
