The Freshman Debating Club held its regular meeting in Sever 11 last night. The debate was on the question, "Resolved, That cabinet ministers ought to have the right to participate in the debates of Congress." The principal disputants were: on the affirmative, V. H. Smith, H. D. Bushnell and F. L. Waldo; on the negative, S. Brooks-Rosenthal, A. W. Reynolds and L. O. Gifford. R. O. Ringwalt '95 delivered a criticism on the debate.
The debate next Wednesday evening will be on the subject: "Resolved, That the system of administration at Oxford is preferable to that at Harvard."
