About twenty-five men assembled in the Lawrence Scientific building, room 1, yesterday afternoon, in response to the placards calling for players for the Harvard Republican Camp ign Club Band and Drum Corps. President R. C. Davis '97, of the Republican Club, acted as chairman. Leaders were elected by the band and drum corps separately, the choice being H. E. Baumer, L. S., as leader of the band, and C. H. Hovey '98 as leade of the drum corps.
