The "American Co-operative News," successor to the "Cambridge Magazine," has just issued its first number. The magazine contains many articles of interest to the members of the Prospect and Social Unions, including two articles of special value, one on Professor Francis G. Peabody and the other on the Rev. Frederick O. MacCartney. An interesting history of the "Union" is given, with a full statistical table of its branches. Portraits of the subjects of the biographical sketches and a photograph of the Association building make up a very interesting opening number.
