The Economy Club of Cambridge will hold a public meeting at Odd Fellows Hall, 536 Massachusetts avenue, on Monday evening, Feb. 3, 1896, at 8 o'clock.

The course of study for the Spring Term will be opened by an address upon "The Foreign Relations of the United States," by Professor Silas Macvane of Harvard University.

As Professor Macvane has made a special study of the Venezuelan question, this meeting will be of especial interest. Members of the University and their friends are cordially invited.
