If the Henley regatta occurs in July there is little doubt that Cornell will send a crew to compete in the race. The new four-cornered American agreement places Cornell in a better position all round. It obviates the necessity and danger of training a crew for two races in America-those with Harvard and Pennsylvania. Dean White has written to ascertain the date of the Henley regatta, and if a favorable reply is received, negotiations will probably begin at once.
