The following letter has been sent to the secretary of the New England Skating Association by the president of the Harvard Ice Polo Association:

DEAR SIR:- In consequence of the general suspension of all athletic inter-course between Harvard and Yale, it would be impossible for the Harvard Ice Polo Team to join any such league as the one proposed.
