8 Takeaways From Harvard’s Task Force Reports
A meeting to welcome new members of the University will be held this evening in Sanders Theatre at 8 o'clock.
Addresses will be made by President Eliot, Governor Greenhalge, Professor Norton and Dr. George Gordon, pastor of the Old South Church in Boston and one of the University preachers. Introductory and closing remarks will be made by Professor Shaler, the chairman.
After the addresses in Sanders Theatre, a reception will be held in Memorial Hall, where the new students will have an opportunity of meeting the officers of instruction and government in the University. All members of the University are invited to the meeting, and it is hoped that a great many members of the upper classes will be present. The meeting is of especial value to new students, but is of interest to every one in the University.
