Ninety-Nine Football Practice.

The candidates for the freshman eleven are now practicing every afternoon on Soldiers Field, just beyond the 'varsity enclosure. W. C. Forbes, who had charge of the freshmen last fall, is doing the coaching, and he is assisted by Scott '98, the captain last year.

The men are divided into elevens for convenience, and each eleven has its captain. The permanent captain will not be chosen for some time.
