CAMBRIDGE, Sept. 27, 1895.

To the Editors of the Crimson:

We ask all undergraduates in Harvard University to refrain from taking part in any disturbance at the opening of the College year.

Last year numbers of men assembled in the Yard but yielded to the representations made to them in the interests of good order.

We now urge that this year further improvement be made and that there be no assembling or challenging by any members of any of the classes.
