Memorial Hall will open on Wednesday morning for breakfast. Men who neglected to leave notice in June of their intention to return to the hall have forfeited their membership in the association, and if they wish to become members again, they must place their names upon the waiting list. The waiting list at present contains some five hundred names, but the number will doubtless be considerably reduced soon after the opening of the hall.
