Mr. John Glenn of the class of '47 died in Baltimore Monday last. After graduating at Harvard he began to study law, but in 1850 suddenly became blind. During the Civil War he took sides with the South and was imprisoned. After the war he engaged in business and has long been active in helping the poor and the charities of Baltimore.
