At the last meeting of the Yale Corporation, it was decided to extend the course for the degree of Doctor of Medicine from three to four years, and the new corriculum will go in force with the students matriculating in the fall of 1896. Graduates of Yale College, and of the Sheffield Scientific School, who have pursued certain biological studies for two years, may be admitted to advanced standing, and may become candidates for a degree after three years' further study.
