NEW HAVEN, CONN., May 7. - Captain Armstrong of the Yale crew today telegraphed for "Bob" Cook. who has just returned to Philadelphia from a trip to Europe. Word was received from Mr. Cook's partner that the veteran coach would be in New Haven as soon as possible after adjusting his business. It is thought that Mr. Cook will be in the city tomorrow for the annual spring regatta.
