The Harvard and Princeton freshman nines will play at Princeton this afternoon. The batting order of the Harvard team will be: Haskell, 2b.; Hayes, s.s.; McVey, 3b.; Brown, c.; Chandler, r.f.; Edmunds, c.f.; Goodridge, l.f.; Walker, 1b.; Cozzens, p.

The following are the statistics of the nine:

George F. Cozzens, pitcher, from Newport, R. I., weighs 159 pounds, is 18 years old, and has pitched or played second base for four years on the Rogers High School nine, which he captained for one year.

Reginald W. P. Brown, catcher, from Newton, 19 years old, weighs 168 pounds, and caught for the Newton High School for three years.

A. Stuart Walker, first base, from Chicago, 19 years old, weighs 148 pounds, prepared at St. Paul's School and has never played on a school nine.

Guy B. Haskell, second base, Newton, 19 years old, weighs 129 pounds, played short-stop at Exeter for one year.

John R. McVey, third base, Boston, 19 years old, weighs 128 pounds, played short-stop on the Boston Latin School team for two years.

Bartlett H. Hayes, short-stop and captain, Jamaica Plain, was pitcher and captain of the Roxbury Latin School team, is 19 years old and weighs 147 pounds.

Frederick J. Goodridge, left field, 19 years old, weighs 124 pounds, played in the outfield on Cambridge High and Latin School team for three years.

John W. Edmunds, centre field, Wellesley Hills, 18 years old, weighs 141 pounds and has played for two years in the Boston Latin School outfield.

Whitman M. Chandler, right field, Jamaica Plain, 19 years old, weighs 130 pounds and played second base at the Roxbury Latin School for two years.

Charles P. Slade, substitute catcher, Quincy, 18 years old, weighs 150 pounds, caught on Adams Academy team for two years and captained it for one year.

Harrison J. Holt, substitute pitcher Denver, Col., 19 years old weighs 152 pounds, played on Denver University nine for one year as third-baseman and substitute pitcher.

Beth Vincent, substitute infield, Fort Dodge, Iowa, 19 years old, weighs 130 pounds, played on Howe Hall nine, Indiana, as third baseman and substitute.
