DOJ Sues Boston and Mayor Michelle Wu ’07 Over Sanctuary City Policy
The Harvard team that will compete in the fencing tournament with Columbia next Saturday will be made up as follows: A. G. Thacher '97 (captain), J. E. Hoffman '96, J. P. Parker '96, H. H. Bowker '98 (substitute). Mr. Bloodgood of New York will act as referee; the judges will be Mr. Howard of Boston, Dr. Kemp, Dr. Hammond and Mr. Echeverria, all of New York. The judges decide the winner at the end of each bout with reference to number of touches and form. If the judges disagree the referee can settle the matter himself or order another bout. Each man will fence with each one of the opposing team, and the team scoring the greater number of bouts shall be declared the winner of the contest.
