The Wendell Phillips Club will hold a debate this evening in Harvard 1, at 7.30. The question is: "Resolved, That the income tax is constitutional."
Principal disputants. - Affirmative: J. W. Cooke '95 and R. G. Valentine '96. - Negative: W. F. Dodge '95 and W. B. Truesdell '97.
Any member of the University may become a candidate for membership in the club by speaking at two debates.
