BETHLEHEM, PA., April 4. - Dr. Thomas W. Brown was today elected president of Lehigh University. Dr. Brown is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, and was formerly a professor at Lafayette. He is now a member of the faculty of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
