'Varsity Crew.

The 'varsity crew was considerably changed in its make-up yesterday afternoon. The order was: Stroke, Bullard; 7, Shepard; 6, R. H. Stevenson; 5, Fennessy; 4, Sprague; 3, Lewis; 2, Townsend; bow, Watson.

The second crew as usual rowed along up stream ahead of the launch, from which Mr. Watson coached. Both crews continue to row in heavy barges. In the 'varsity boat a great improvement must be noted in watermanship and the way the oars are put into the water at the beginning of the stroke.
