The Harvard Union holds its regular weekly debate tonight in Sever 11 at 7.30. The subject on which the debate will take place is as follows: "Resolved, That American cities should own and operate the street car lines within their limits." Principal disputants: Affirmative, E. M. Grossman L. S., F. H. Smith '96; negative, N. P. Dodge L. S., B. R. Robinson '98. Open to the public.
