Lieutenant Robinson has drawn for the Rifles the privilege of drilling after their opponents in the competitive drill with the Technology battalion. First and second prizes will be given and the general appearance of the companies on parade will be taken into account. Both companies will be put through their evolutions by some officer of the Boston Cadets, and not by their own commanders.
