Captain Bullard had stroke Hollister and Stevenson, No. 7, on the river for a short time yesterday afternoon in a pair-oar.

It has been decided to dredge out the bottom of the river in front of the boat-house float in order that the shells may come up to the landing at very low tide, and that the launch may be tied up over night in front of the boat-house.
