The hydraulic machinery in the engineering building will be ready for use in a short time. The large stand-pipe has been kept full of water for several days to test the pressure it can stand without leaking. The tank into which the water is to flow has just been put in place. The weighing tanks have not arrived. When they are put in place the machinery will be practically ready.
