Camera Club Exhibit.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The annual exhibition of photographs will be held in Sever 9 on March 7, 8, 9, and 10. There will be three classes of photographs. In the first class, all the work except printing and mounting must have been done by the exhibitors. For this class a first prize silver medal and a second prize bronze medal will be awarded. A second class, for portraiture only, will be under the same restrictions that govern the first class, but a first prize only will be given. In addition the club offers a prize for the best set of pictures by one exhibitor, to be judged mainly on their artistic merits. This prize will be awarded, as last year, by Professor Norton. The first two classes will be judged by members of the Boston Camera Club.

The rules governing the exhibition will be as follows:

All photographs must be mounted on stiff cards, preferably platinotype mounts.

All photographs must be in the hands of the secretary, H. Emerson, 63 Thayer, by March 1.

All photographs offered will first be passed upon by a committee of the club and unworthy ones will not be hung.

The competition will be open to all members of the University, officers, graduates and students.

The exhibition will be open from 9 a. m. to 10 p.m., and will be free to all.
