Representatives of Cornell, Columbia and the University of Pennsylvania met in New York Saturday afternoon to discuss the question of a triangular eight-oared race. It was formally decided to row a triangular race this year. Cornell advocated Cayuga Lake, Columbia the Hudson, and Pennsylvania the Delaware. A committee was appointed to examine into the relative merits of the three courses. It was also decided that the race should not be rowed before June 19.
