Mr. William Potts of Connecticut will give a lecture under the auspices of the Civil Service Reform Club in Sever 11, Monday, Feb. 25, at 7.30 p.m. He will speak on "George William Curtis, as a literary man, as a politician, and as a civil service reformer." Mr. Potts was secretary of the National Civil Service Reform League when Mr. Curtis was its president and is therefore particularly competent to speak about him.
