Baseball Notes.

The baseball practice yesterday afternoon was light and consisted chiefly in fielding. J. Wiggin was the only graduate coach present but Col. Winslow is expected today.

The next game will be played Friday next at 3 o'clock on the diamond at Soldiers Field with the John P. Lovell Arms Co. nine. The diamond on Holmes Field has been peeled and it will not be ready for use until next week. In all probability a second nine will be kept in Cambridge throughout the recess but this is not yet definitely settled.

The class teams will be called out immediately after the recess.
