Yale Civil Service Reform Club.

A civil service reform club was formed at Yale Monday night, and the following were chosen officers: President, Anson P. Stokes of New York; vice-president, Elisha E. Garrison, Colorado Springs, Colorado; secretary. G. T. Nichols, New York; treasurer, Newman A. Smithe, New Haven.
