One of the principal matters to be brought before the Episcopal convention will be the establishment of a National Episcopalian University at Washington. An endowment of $800,000 has already been collected from various sources, and the church already owns a fine site for a building in Washington. The work of establishing the University will probably be placed in the hands of the church university board of regents, which hitherto has supervised the small church schools.
