The Union College team defeated the eleven of Wesleyan on Saturday by the Wesleyan players withdrawing from the field early in the second half. They were disgusted at a decision of the umpire, which lost them 10 yards on account of an alleged forward pass. When the Wesleyan team left the field the score stood 12 to 8 in its favor.
The officials of Union and Wesleyan met Saturday night and agreed to call the score 6-0 in favor of Union.
