The manager of the Bowdoin football eleven opened negotiations Tuesday with Manager Hadlock, in regard to a game for next Saturday, and it is highly probable that it will be given. Much interest would centre in such a contest owing to the newspaper discussion which has passed between the two colleges. The Bowdoin management would like to have the game played in Boston, but it will probably take place in Hanover. The elevens had a 10 to 10 game at Portland, Me., and a second game between the elevens is expected to be hotly contested.
