Civil Service Reform Club Delegates.

At an executive meeting of the Civil Service Reform Club held last evening, it was voted to send two delegates to the annual meeting of the National Civil Service Reform League, to be held at Washington on Dec. 12 and 13. The men chosen to represent the club were A. S. Ingalls '96 and J. P. Welsh '97.
