The first annual meeting of the Civil Service Reform Club will take place this evening at 7 p. m. in Upper Mass. There will be an election of officers and discussion of campaign work. All members of the University who are interested in Civil Service Reform and who realize the danger with which the Chicago platform has threatened it are urged to be present.
